In order to reach Makrigialos from Heraklion airport you follow the signs to Agios Nikolaos. As you reaching Agios Nikolaos you follow the sign to Ierapetra. As you enter Ierapetra you will see a cross-road. Turn left and drive straight ahead until you see the sign "Makriyialos".
By Bus: (approx.cost 15 Euros)
In order to reach Makrigialos from Heraklion airport, take the bus to Agios Nikolaos. Then from Agios Nikolaos, take the bus to Sitia. Your stop is Makriyialos. The bus station is just a five minutes walk away.
